Concientious manager and mechanics in Tractor Repair, having work completed in good  time. Always follow up well if there is something overlooked or that needs additional work. Having good machinery is only as good as the mechanics you can find to work on it, and these guys are good!

I have 2 pro Ariens snow throwers.  One EFI one not.  Danial shop tech takes great care of my units.  Knowledgeable, and very efficient.  He's a keeper.

Had almost all the stihl equipment I needed, ordered within reasonable time what wasn't in stock,😆 they said well,

Came in for Stihl saw parts for a 462 and a 361 that were down. We're from out of town (Team Rubicon operation helping clean up Malden after the fire) and none of the other Stihl dealers had the parts we needed. Joshua (?) at the counter helped us out and we got what we needed to keep the saws running. Great service. And... great Stihl support of veteran founded and led Team Rubicon (non-profit disaster response volunteer org). Will spend $$ here in Spring, 2022 when we come back to Malden.

I had a great experience with the parts department three months. I went back when I needed a different part. This experience did not start as well but since they did such a good job last I went to the store to discuss in person rather than moving on. Lance Sims took care of the pricing issue and stuck with the quote, even though it meant zero profit. Adams Tractor will continue to get my business!
