Freddy was fantastic--very friendly, explained what he was doing and why. Answered all my questions about the treatments being applied and when to expect the chemicals to do their thing. I highly recommend Freddy and ABC Home and Commercial Services.

Pete, our technician, was so personable, patient and took his time to explain everything that would be done and how it would be done.    We are just in the beginning process, but we have piece of mind that they will be able to deliver as promised and that our issues will be taken care of.   They assured us that they keep working until the problem is solved and "all of our little guests" will eventually be eliminated.

The first time they came which was in summer, I paid $150 for them to get rid of the water bugs. Eventually ended up coming back 2 other times because nothing had changed. I wanted to do it 1 time, not every few months for $88 for something that didn’t even get rid of the problem. A man showed up at my door while my son was napping, knocked several times waking him up. I did not receive a call from anyone saying they were stopping by. I answered the door and asked what he was doing, he said he was here to go over the house. I said I don’t want to do it again. I never agreed to a 1 year service agreement. I didn’t sign a contract. He got extremely rude with me after I told him no, and especially because nobody notified me, he just showed up. He said some rude things and stormed off. Defiantly wont be recommending this place, or telling anyone about it. If that’s how you want to do business then I want no part of it!!!

ABC was responsive and courteous.  After numerous attempts to get that big company with all the tv advertising to respond, I gave up and called ABC.  They were on it right away!  We had aggressive wasps that were making it impossible to keep up with yard work.  ABC handled it.  Thank you!

They are a great company! We use them at work, so I hired them for my house too. They will respond if you have issues between visits. Micheal Brant is awesome and takes the time to offer suggestions on the little things you can do to stop the unwanted critters from moving in with you.

Freddie has been my technician for a while now. He is one of three main reasons that I stay with this company. He is professional and always goes the extra mile. I also like the fact that if I see bees or ants between services they send Freddie out at no additional charge.

Give the company a 3/5 stars, but if I could give a single representative a review- PETE would get a ZERO! He has repeatedly come out to our business unprepared, the company even had to give us a free 3months of service because of all the issues. He's always rude to the store workers, and has even put a dead rat inside company trash can INSIDE our business AND didn't tell anyone- so it sat rotting for a few days before we noticed it. First time he came out, didn't have a ladder at all. But he should have learned from that right? Wrong! Working with our business for 4mos plus and still coming with "not the right ladder". The supervisor even had to come out and leave a ladder for their company to keep at our business... The supervisor has been very efficient in picking up Pete's slack- each time we had an issue, Brandon came out personally to finish the job. I super appreciate him. -Update- have not had anyone reach back, finally got a better rep out but charges aren’t looking correct for our “free quarter”. Ready to use someone else, thank you.

Tried to set up an inspection for my property in Tyler on two different occasions and each time no one showed up or called to cancel.
