If you decide to make a purchase here, don't expect them to stand behind the product or to offer top notch customer service.  I bought a Husqvarna chainsaw from them several months ago and have used it for approximately 20 hours.  From the very beginning, the chain oiler was not working properly.  I turned the oiler adjustment to the highest flow setting and cleaned the saw meticulously, but that didn't help.  I finally took it back to them for warranty repair.  The technician took the oiler apart and cleaned it inside and out and now the oiler produces more oil than it ever has, including when I first started the saw immediately after purchasing it.  The problem is that they classified this fix as "maintenance" instead of "warranty repair" and I was charged a service fee.  If this was a maintenance issue, which really means that the customer didn't keep the saw clean enough or take care of it properly, then why didn't the oiler work properly at the very beginning?

Also, when I dropped the saw off for repair, they told me that they would call me once the issue is diagnosed to get approval for the fix.  That never happened.  I learned about the "maintenance" fix only after it was completed and after calling them to follow up on the status of the repair.

So, if you are willing to pay additional service fees to get your newly purchased equipment operating properly, and if you don't expect to get status updates on repairs, then go ahead and purchase your equipment here.

This place goes out of its way to be friendly. I've purchased multiple Husqvarna saws from them and a cargo trailer from their sibling company.

My experience was as follows: My six-month-old riding mower busted a wheel on a Saturday, and Sears told me 231 would handle the repairs. I called them late morning, expecting a recording, and instead got a super-friendly guy who answered on the second ring. He arranged to pick up the mower on Monday and said they would deal with the manufacturer regarding the warranty. They did everything they said, gave me friendly updates along the repair process--a couple days--and then dropped the mower back off at my house. This place is awesome, with service you just don't find anymore.

Great place with outstanding customer service. Jenna was awesome and very helpful. Answered my call every time and replied to emails quickly. Would definitely recommend this place to others!!

So we send our Tractor mower in for a spring tune up to look at our steering column, 2 weeks go by and no news, we call no answer, twice, so we drive over to hear "thank goodness you're here can you pick your mower out for us!!!!" they had lost the identification tag to the mower... 5 weeks, $600 later they drop it off to not only hit the deck while unloading but then have it spew all it's oil contents on our shed floor and spit smoke and oil at us when we try to use it. They pick it up 2 weeks later and 3 deck hits later trying to reload during pickup, they charge us an additional $165 saying the drain plug was loose and that it's not their fault!!! They don't touch the drain plug during oil changes!!! But you know oil drain plugs just come loose over time... nothing to do with their incompetent employee hitting the deck during drop off twice, trying to jump it over the truck ramp to get it loose. Oh yeah and not that it was just in your care for a tune up and you should have checked all plugs, sockets and bands for looseness.

Won't be giving your name out to anyone any time soon, nothing but bad customer service all round, from no one ever picking up the phone, to work never being done in a timely manner. Talk about taking their customers for a ride.

I wonder if the owner knows this is how is business is run.
I could have paid a good chunk, almost half for a brand new mower at this rate for what I have paid for you to repair this one and I bet this work won't last.

Very dissatisfied.
